what's going on?

Aunt Cassy, Lola and Amelia came and visited us this week. We went to the Pasco Farmers market on wed. morning, then to walmart for supplies and finally back home to can homemade salsa, marionberry/blackberry jam, strawberry freezer jam, and rasberry/blackberry jam. It was a LOT of work but very worth it in the end. We were so tired the next day (being a mommy doesn't stop, while canning). We took it a little slower the next day. Grandma Sue, Kenny, Cassy, Lola, Amelia, Shamus and myself all piled into Cassy's rented white kia mini van and headed off to Dairy Queen for lunch, the mall for shopping and Aunt Annie's pretzels and then got KFC for dinner and a movie back at the howe house. See we were even to tired to cook!
We had a great time! It was wonderful to spend time with my sister and my nieces!

I don't have any photo's this time but I thought that I should at least give an update on the Howe's. Shamus can now roll over from his front to his back, although he doesn't do it as often as he rolls from his back to his front. Either way, both Mommy and Daddy are very proud. He is also eatting his toes when I go to change his diapers. Along with his toes he is putting whatever he can grab into his mouth. On tuesday he has his next set of shots. Something, I do not look forward to, but know that it is a necessary evil. Last time, I had to go by myself and I did not cry, which is hard to do when your sweet little angel is getting poked, which I have a tendancy to pass out when it happens to me. This time Adrian will be with us. I will give you all another update on how big he is getting when we get back.

As it turns out we are not very good with real estate, but we are ever persistant and optimistic so have put another offer on a house. We shall see what happens. Hopefully, this is the house that the Good Lord wants us to have, if not He must have something better in store for us.

Our next weekend we will be going over to Camano Island because it is Phyllis' big 5-0, of course she does not look a day over 27. We are very excited to get together with our friends on the Island. Much love to all!
